To further strengthen the safety awareness of all staff and consolidate the defense line of safe production, Dongying Hengke Precision Metal Co., Ltd. is scheduled to hold a special safety production training for department managers, workshop directors and logistics personnel in the large conference room on the third floor on the afternoon of July 18th. The purpose of this training is to comprehensively improve the safety management ability and emergency response level of personnel in various positions through systematic learning.
This training focuses on two core contents: safety production responsibility system and emergency plan. Among them, the training on the safety production responsibility system will elaborate on the safety responsibility list for all levels of positions, clarify the boundary of safety responsibilities from the management to the grassroots level, analyze the potential risks caused by the inadequate implementation of responsibilities with the company's actual cases, and emphasize the basic principle that "those who manage production must manage safety" to ensure the seamless connection of the responsibility chain. The training on emergency plans will focus on common scenarios such as fires, equipment failures and accidental injuries, in-depth explain the practical points such as emergency disposal procedures, personnel evacuation routes and specifications for the use of rescue equipment, and strengthen the on-site ability through simulation drills, so that the participants can skillfully master the emergency response mechanism of "early detection, early report and early disposal".

All participants are required to arrange their work in advance, arrive on time to sign in, turn off their mobile phones or set them to silent mode during the training, and carefully take study notes. An assessment will be organized after the training, and the assessment results will be included in the monthly safety performance evaluation.
